Descripción de la oferta We are looking for experienced Collections Call Center Agents to join our growing team in an on-site work environment. Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written – will be tested) - Proven call center experience in Collections (loans, credit cards, or banking campaigns preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations - Valid work permit (for foreign candidates) - Availability to work rotating shifts (7am-9pm) What We Offer: - Base salary and bonus - Paid training - Career growth and advancement opportunities Important Information - Advanced English is mandatory.
